Istanbul 4 Nights Icmeler 10 Nights
For many years Icmeler’s reputation has been based on its beach, wide sweeping sandy bay, and on its proximity to Marmaris. Icmeler has gradually developed into a sophisticated resort in its own right, greener and with a more relaxed atmosphere than its larger neighbour, Marmaris, just 8km away to the south. The locals are very proud of the reputation the resort has achieved and they work hard to keep up standards by ensuring the beach is swept daily, the flower beds are always colourful and the footpaths are free of litter. The beach is well supplied with sun-beds and umbrellas where you can simply relax and enjoy the sun or participate in one of the many water sports which are available from the bay, kept separate from the swimming areas.
Icmeler has a good cross section of restaurants and lokantas, with their unique style of home cooking, bars, coffee bars and shops. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, reminiscent of the Norwegian Fjords, with steep pine clad hills tumbling virtually into the clear blue waters of the Aegean.
